How to get your School Photos

VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 10/27). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.

ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.

Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: November 9
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive late November.

Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.

MAKE-UP DAY: January 8, 2026 - PHOTOS POSTED TO YOUR GALLERY (retakes, makeups, cap & gown photos)

Make-ups/Retakes/Cap & Gown Photos: If your student had photos taken on January 8, please check your gallery. The images have been added.

YEARBOOK PHOTO SELECTION: Deadline January 31
Please go to your photo gallery to choose the portrait you would like to appear in the yearbook. Only headshots please — no full-length poses. If you do not make a selection by the deadline, a photo will be chosen for you. No purchase is necessary to make a yearbook selection and you may change your selection as many times as you like until the deadline.

Make-ups and Retakes at the Cool for School Photo Studio

Anyone who still needs a makeup or retake can come to the Cool for School Photo Studio on the Lower Eastside. Private sessions are by appointment only. Please book your appointment here.

A $25 session fee is due at time of booking. The session fee can be redeemed towards any future photo purchase.
We’re always adding new time slots. Please check back if you don’t see a time that fits.
