How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 9/30). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: October 19
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive at the school by the beginning of November.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
Make-up Day: November 4, 2025
Make-ups & Retakes: If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up here

Sibling Photos: If you have more than one child at the school and would like sibling photos, please sign up here
