How to get your School Photos

VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for the email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your child’s private online gallery (about a week after Photo Day). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there.
In your gallery you may select your favorite images and purchase any photo packages, gift items, or digital files.

SHIPPING TO SCHOOL OR YOUR HOME
Free shipping to school:
Enjoy free shipping to your school. Simply place your order by the free shipping for your site (see dates above). Orders ship to the school about 14 days after the deadline.

Shipping to your home address:
Alternatively, you may choose to have your order delivered directly to your home for a $6 shipping fee. Home deliveries typically ship within a few days.

After the deadline, all orders will automatically shipped to your home address.

Digital files are available immediately! You’ll receive a download link right after checkout. Be sure to check your spam folder in case the emails ends up there.

Make-ups/Retakes: Book a studio appointment

If your child missed photo day or you need a retake, you may come to the Cool for School Photo studio on the Lower Eastside for a private session. Studio sessions are by appointment only!
