Will every student be photographed?
Yes, absolutely! Every student will be photographed as part of the school community. There is no need to sign up in advance for individual portraits.

Do I need to prepay for individual portraits?
No! We do not require pre-payment for individual portraits. Every student will be photographed, and families will have the opportunity to view their child’s online gallery before deciding which package, if any, they would like to purchase.

How many photos will we see in our gallery?
We aim to provide 8–12 varied images per student, with different poses and expressions that capture their personality. The exact number may vary depending on each individual session.

How will I access my child’s gallery?
Each family will receive an email with a direct link or a generic online access code to log in and view their student’s private gallery.

How much do photos cost?
We have created both set packages and flexible packages that allow families to customize their orders and choose what works best for their budget. 

What if I don’t like my child’s photos or if my child missed Photo Day? Do you offer a Retake and Makeup Day?
No worries! At most schools we offer a retake day for students who would like another opportunity to have their portrait taken. Retake/makeup day is also when we photograph students who were absent on picture day.

Will you make sure my child’s shirt is tucked in or hair is in place?
Our photographers are not permitted to physically adjust or touch students, including clothing or hair. We’re happy to have a teacher, or school volunteer assist with those final touches before the photo is taken.

How do you keep my child’s photos private?
As parents ourselves, we take your child’s privacy seriously. We do not sell or share photos with third parties, and we carefully select our partners based on their commitment to data security and privacy. Any student images featured on our website or social media are shared only with written permission from the student’s family.

How do sibling photos work?
If your school offers sibling photos, they will usually be taken on Makeup Day, and sibling galleries will be delivered separately from individual student galleries.
