Your online code: First three letter of student’s first name + first three letters of last name + class
For example Amelia Castro in 401 is: AmeCas401
The class codes for Pre-K and Kindergarten class codes are: Pk, K011, K012, K013, K014

Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: October 26
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive at school mid-November.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
MAKE-UP DAY/SIBLING PHOTOS: November 12, 2025
Make-ups & Retakes: If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up at school.
Sibling Photos: If you have more than one child at the school and would like sibling photos, please sign up at school.
Please note: Retakes & sibling photos are by request only!
YEARBOOK PHOTO SELECTION: Deadline November 30
You may select your favorite headshot in your gallery to be used in the yearbook. You must select a portrait (not a full-length pose). If you do not choose a photo by the deadline, Cool for School Photo will select for you. No purchase is necessary to make a yearbook selection.
