How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 1/30). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: February 22
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline. Orders will be delivered to the school by end of February.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.

Makeups Photos/Retakes/Sibling Photos
MAKE-UP & RETAKES: If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up here by 2/5 the latest (closed)
Retakes are by request only.
SIBLING PHOTOS: If you have multiple children at the school and would like sibling photos, please sign up here by 2/5 the latest (closed). A $25 sitting fee is due at sign-up (sorry, no exceptions! You must sign up and prepay to be photographed). With your proofs, you will receive a coupon code that you can use to redeem the sitting fee when you make a purchase.
Sibling photos are by request only and you must pay the sitting fee.
