How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for the email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private online gallery (first email 11/24). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. In your gallery you may select your favorite images and purchase any photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING DEADLINE: December 5 > extended to January 30
Place your order by the deadline for free shipping of your prints to the school.
Digital files are instant. You’ll receive a link to download your digital files right after checkout (please check your spam folder too).
Make-ups/Retakes/Cap & Gown Photos: Posted!
Make-ups & Retakes: If your child had a retake or makeup photo, please check your gallery. The images have been added.
Sibling Photos: If your children had sibling photos taken, please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your sibling photo gallery. The email also includes a $25 discount code that you can use to redeem the prepaid sitting fee.
Cap & Gown Photos for Fifth Graders
Cap & gown photos have been added to your 5th grader’s gallery.
