How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 10/18). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
Ordering and Shipping
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: November 2
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive mid-November.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
Make-up Day: November 7, 2025
Make-ups & Retakes: If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up here
Please note: Retakes are by request only! Sign-up will close 11/3.
Yearbook Selection Deadline: November 30, 2025
You may select your favorite headshot in your gallery to be used in the yearbook. Please select a portrait (not a full-length pose). If you do not choose a photo by the deadline, one will selected for you. You can update your choice as often as you like until the deadline. No purchase is required to make your yearbook selection.
