How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 12/5). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.

ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: January 4, 2026 - extended to May 10
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline. Orders placed by May 10 will arrive at the school before the end of May.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
MAKE-UP DAY AT SCHOOL: April 22, 2026 - Photos published
If your student had photos taken on April 22, please check your original gallery - your photos have been added.
Sibling Photos:
If your children had sibling photos taken, please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your sibling gallery. Your email includes a $25 discount code that you can use to redeem the prepaid sitting fee.
MAKE-UPS AND RETAKES AT THE COOL FOR SCHOOL PHOTO STUDIO
Anyone who still needs a makeup or retake can also come to the Cool for School Photo Studio on the Lower Eastside. Private sessions are by appointment only. Please book your appointment here.
A $25 session fee is due at time of booking. The session fee can be redeemed towards any future photo purchase.
