How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for the email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private online gallery (first email 11/6). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. In your gallery you may select your favorite images and purchase any photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING DEADLINE: November 24 > extended Dec 4
Place your order by the deadline for free shipping of your prints to the school before the winter break. Later orders ship home for a $8 shipping fee. Digital files are always instant.
YEARBOOK PHOTO SELECTION DEADLINE: January 13, 2025
Please log into your gallery to select your yearbook photo. If you do not select your yearbook pose by the deadline, Cool for School Photo will choose for you. Sorry, no exceptions! No purchase is necessary to make a yearbook selection. You may change your selection as many times as you like until the deadline.
Make-ups/Retakes/Sibling Photos: November 25
Make-ups & Retakes: If you had a makeup or retake, please check your original gallery where your photos have been added.
Sibling Photos: If you had sibling photos taken, please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your sibling gallery. The email includes a $25 discount code for you to use when you place an order to redeem the prepaid sitting fee.
