How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 1/20/26). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there.
From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders are delivered directly to your home. Order typically ship within a few days.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
Makeup Day at School: February 10, 2026
If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up here by 2/3 the latest (closed).
Makeups/retakes will be taken on Feb 10 at WESS.
MAKEUPS/RETAKES at the Cool for School Photo Studio:
Anyone who needs a makeup or retake can also come to the Cool for School Photo Studio on the Lower Eastside. Private sessions are by appointment only. Please book your appointment here.
A $25 session fee is due at time of booking. The session fee can be redeemed towards any future photo purchase.
