How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (first email 10/12). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: November 2
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive at the school mid-November.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
MAKE-UP DAY/SIBLING PHOTOS: OCTOBER 28, 2025
Make-ups & Retakes: If your student needs a makeup or retake, please sign up here

YEARBOOK PHOTO SELECTION: Deadline November 30
Please go to your photo gallery to choose the portrait you would like to appear in the yearbook. Only headshots please — no full-length poses. If you do not make a selection by the deadline, a photo will be chosen for you. No purchase is necessary to make a yearbook selection.
