How to get your School Photos
VIEW YOUR PROOFS
Please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your student’s private gallery (about business days after Photo Day). Please check your spam folder in case the message landed there. From your gallery you can choose your favorite images and order photo packages, gift items, or digital files.
ORDERING & SHIPPING
Ship to Home - $6
For a flat $6 fee, print orders can be delivered directly to your home. These orders typically ship within a few days.
Ship to School - Free Shipping Deadline: TBA
Enjoy free shipping to the school by placing your order by the deadline.
Orders sent to school will arrive at the school by TBA.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
Make-ups, Retakes, and Sibling Photos: October 29
Make-ups & Retakes: If your student needs a make-up or retake, please sign up here
Sibling Photos: If you have multiple children at the school and would like sibling photos, please sign up here
Please note: Retakes & Sibling Photos are by request only! Sign-ups will close 10/24.
Yearbook Selection Deadline: November 30
Please go to your photo gallery to choose the portrait you would like to appear in the yearbook. Headshots only, please — no full-length poses. If you do not make a selection by the deadline, a photo will be chosen for you. No purchase is necessary to make a yearbook selection.
