How to get your School Photos
If we have your email address, please look for an email from Cool for School Photo with a direct link to your photo gallery. You will not need an online code to access your photos.

Your online code: First three letter of student’s first name + first three letters of last name + grade
For example: Amelia Castro in 4-302 is: AmeCas4

Ship to Home - $6
All print orders ship directly to your home for a flat fee of $6. Orders typically ship within a few days.
Digital File Orders - Instant
Digital file orders are available immediately. Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive a download link right away (please also check your spam folder). No shipping fees apply to digital file orders.
Make-up Day: December 9
If your student was absent on Photo Day and needs a makeup, we’ll photograph them on December 9. Please sign up below by December 1 and we’ll send you an email when your proofs are ready.

Retakes & Sibling Photos
If you’d like a retake or if you have multiple students at the school and would like sibling photos, you can come to the Cool for School Photo studio on the Lower East Side. Studio sessions are by appointment only. Sign-up will be available starting in November. Weekend appointments will be available.
